Burloak Centre Dentistry welcomes new patients of all ages. We make scheduling simple, with online appointment booking and confirmations. If you prefer to do things in person, you can call us or stop by our office and schedule an appointment. We understand how busy you are, so we offer flexible scheduling options to fit your busy lifestyle. Three days a week our office is open late (until 8:00 pm), and we are open on Saturdays, so your family can enjoy great dental care without missing work or school. - Complete the new patient forms, which you can pick up at our office or download from the Forms page.

Free Teeth Whitening
We offer all new patients free take-home custom teeth whitening trays with whitening gel. You must first have a complete oral exam, X-rays and cleaning. Whitening gel refills can be purchased from our office. Please call us for details!
Payment information
We believe that dental care should be convenient, affordable, and leave you with a reason to smile. We accept most dental insurance, and we provide a direct billing service to your provider. You are responsible for any portion of fees that are not covered by your insurance. We offer online bill payment for your convenience. We also offer flexible financing solutions.
